I walk around everyday in running shoes - I work from home (so I don't need to wear work clothes), and I use these to run errands, take the dog for a walk, etc. These are much more comfortable than other shoes I've used. I went to New York for a week and walked in these morning, noon and night, and my feet never even got tired, let alone sore. I know they can be used for much more than just walking, but as an everyday shoe, they're exceptional - - I highly recommend them.
