This is my second pair of Miz Mooz sandals and both fit well. My size is 11M and the 42M fits the same. I love the style of this sandal and have gotten many compliments. The Sky blue is a perfect color and can be worn with white, black, gray and because of the tan colored strap, it also goes very nicely with colors in the brown family. The wedge sole is also very comfortable. I have only one 'con' and that is the zipper on the right shoe rubbed against my inner ankle. The leather tab that covers the zipper is not quite as wide as it should be. It caused a sore to develop the first time I did extended walking. I should have worn a Band-Aid for the first few wearing's. Even with that I look forward to the next style of Miz Mooz sandals.I have this particular shoe - "Sailor" in both the green and black. I really regret not getting in the blue when I had the chance. This shoe is a bit high but has a nice, sturdy heel and good soles. I wore the green sailor on my wedding day and, yes, my feet did hurt by the end of the evening but it was a long day with lots of walking, standing and dancing. I never felt like there was a break in period with these shoes as they're very soft. I hope that Miz Mooz brings them back.I also have the Miz Mooz "Sapphire" shoe - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005Q8BBRC/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - in the tan colour, but I've had more problems with that particular design. The velcro on the back is coming apart from the shoe and the toe is separating from the sole. It has a very soft and comfy sole, but some problems with quality overall.So, if you can - get the "Sailor" and be wary of the "Sapphire".I have yet to wear these, seeing as I'm a Chicago resident. I've wanted some Miz Mooz sandals with a heel. These feel stable, and the quality of the material is great. Shipping was so quick and the packaging was more than adequate. Can't wait to wear them. Thank you, L.B.T.W.I'm a shoe freak so this is my 5th pair of Sailor pumps (two bought at full price at a local store, two other pairs bought at that "other" large shoe site).As is often stated, if you are a true size, you may find you need the next size down, but since I have wide feet, the 8.5 fits perfectly.I love the style of this shoe, with the flourish of the ruffle down the front. They look like dance shoes e.g. tango or salsa, although with a rubber sole (what you find everywhere now), you would have to use duck tape or some other tape to slide more on a dance floor.I'm looking forward to wearing this pair very soon.I bought these to jazz up a LBD that I was wearing to a wedding. The shoes are very bright blue, and at first I was afraid they looked like they belonged on "Dancing with the Stars," but I paired them with a pair of blue/green earrings and the outfit popped. As the night progressed, I fell more and more in love with them. I usually last only an hour in high heels, but after five hours, I was still dancing away. Received many compliments and felt stylish and hip, all the while having comfy tootsies. What a night!So comfortable! I now have 3 pairs of Miz Mooz and all are so comfortable and the rubber sole allows me to walk quietly on the tile floor at work. They are cute shoes and I always receive compliments on my shoes when I wear this brand.This shoe is SO cute and very comfortable as well. I walk a lot at work and this shoe did not hurt my feet the entire first day I wore them. Plus, the shoe is very cute on, and very easy to walk in if you do not like heels. Also, got a great deal on them on Amazon. Would look great with professional clothes as well as jeans on the weekend. Highly recommend.Love these shoes!!!! Saw them this summer in Atlanta Ga. They were twice the cost pulse the size did not seem quite right. When I saw them on Amazon I was thrilled at price,but hesitated because of the have they had fit when I tried them on. Then I read all the reviews, and decided with Amazon return policy I could not go wrong! I was right I ordered a size smaller and they are great!
