I was exciting to receive my shoes, I ordered two pairs in black and the two tone black and tan. When I received them. The black ones fit perfect, on the other hand the two tone flats the size fit good but the straps were way too loose, too much extra leather. I took them to a shoe repair shop to cut the extra leather but the shoe repair told me that he would have to unglued the sole to cut the extra strap leather and to glue it back, but cost was too much so I decided to return them instead. Disappointed.
