Okay, for the price- the sheer quality of this is AMAZING. It’s so cute! It feels really really nicely made and I think covers everything just enough that I won’t be getting scorched. The zipper is STRONG. For reference, i’m a cup size DDD (wearing a compression bra in the photo), and I can slide the zipper to the fullest point of my chest and it won’t BUDGE. Like, what is this voodoo??? Honestly, it’s so comfortable, I would wear this out and about. I love the thumb holes, and the length of everything seems to be juuuuust about right. As a short girl (5’0), sleeves tend to be way too long on me, but it fit just about right. Same thing with the length of the jacket- it fell *just* below the curve of my butt- enough to cover the highest (aka: most easily burned) parts of my booty haha, but not enough to swamp me or create a weird boxy shape around my silhouette. The front pockets are awesome, my ONLY complaint is that the hood is... strangely tiny. In a ponytail, the hood only comes up half way up my head. With my hair down (I have a bob), it comes JUST to the peak of my forehead. I get that this is meant for hot weather (i live in sunny florida haha), but when I’m putting my hood up, it’s usually for some thing like snorkeling where i’m afraid of my neck being burnt. I wish there was slightly more material in the hood to kind of secure it to my head so that it doesn’t immediately wash off. But really. Everything else is perfect. I want more. You should totally go for it. For more info on me- i’m 5’0, 105-110 lbs (It flucuates), I live in florida, and am an accutane patient (making sun coverage very very important for me!). I’m going on a cruise to mexico and the bahamas, with lots of swimming and snorkeling, so I’ll update how well this defends against sunburn.
