The twist is supposed to be in the back per the picture on the shortsleeved options but the clothing care tag is not on the side of the twisted part but on what is supposed to be the front of the shirt with twist in back. I wore it that way anyway just felt funny having the care tag in the front. I guess you could wear either way. I’m 5’5” 170 pounds and got a medium. I normally wear mediums but I like my cropped tops with more room. This fits perfectly though, large would’ve given me more room but the medium fits like it should.
