...luckily for me, the other Size 5-5.5 Beautifeel shoes fit a tad loosely, so this pair fit my feet like a glove (comparable to EU35, rather than EU36.) I expected this due to the other reviews on this product, so thank you Amazon reviewers!Extremely comfortable support and sole flexibility. I wear these for work. Looks professional and cute at the same time.I own a number of shoes from BeautiFeel and they all fit perfectly, which is the reason I felt comfortable putting these on my wish list. I was given a pair for Christmas and they are very small, not even close to a fit. And to top it off, Amazon won't process the return, because they are sold by someone else, despite what the listing says. So, I have to pay to ship them out to California, and I can't get a gift card back - the person who gave me the shoes will get a credit back (I hope) but now, of course, they will feel the need to buy another gift. I had hoped that they wouldn't have to know and I could return and use Amazon credit for something else. I am very disappointed in the shoes and in the service or I should say, the lack of service.I love the materials, lines and comfort. The shoe runs small. Iwould like to order more but need feedback as to sizes.
