The sandles are nice height, fit well but overall, I am not impressed with them. For a fitflop they are hard and not an all day comfortI deducted a star because the velcro on the back strap is very short and I will probably have to have more added. Otherwise, very cute and comfortable.So disappointed with this make, the manufacturer should recall it. The back strap is too short, barely reached the Velcro on the other side to get it fastened. and when it gets fastened, it’s too tight . If I’m not mistaken, another customer had the same review but I didn’t heed it.Very uncomfortable and stiffIf you want comfort... invest in a pair of Fitflops sandals. I have been wearing the same shoe for years.Second pair of Fitflop shoes that had to be returned. Shoes are extremely wide. This particular shoe looked orthopedic in person. I expected better considering the price.I didn’t like the fit. They looked better in the pictureI’m a size 4.5 in fitflop ballerinas so went for a size 4 in these sandals and they are a perfect fit. Lovely leather fully padded under each strap for extra comfort and will prevent rubbing. Very comfortable and light, will be able to walk for miles in these. I love that every strap is adjustable which is why I wanted them as in very hot climates my feet can swell and I find sandals without adjustable straps uncomfortable because the straps dig in, these will prevent that and I can still look chic. My only criticism is that the length of the leather on the middle strap in particular could do with being a bit longer because if you do need to adjust the strap for extra width which you will most likely need to do if you have a high instep you can’t do it without exposing the Velcro. The Velcro is the same colour as the leather so it can’t be seen and won’t be an issue if you wear short/midi dresses and cropped or straight trousers but if you are a fan of wide leg long trousers and maxi’s like me there is a chance that the hem stitching could get caught in the exposed Velcro. It’s not a deal breaker for me as I will cover it if/when I need to adjust the strap out. Otherwise, these would have been 100% perfect.These are perfect for everyday wear and dry weather walks. I have worn them walking the dog, cliff walks, rough terrain, supermarket shopping and to work. No blisters, no foot or ankle pain. They really are an everyday sandal. I have very wide feet and I was concerned that they they would be too narrow, however, they are perfect. so, if you have narrow feet they may not be for you. I have struggled getting comfortable and durable sandals in my size, and these are money well spent.So would these win a London fashion show award? Probably not. But I love them because they are comfy, a nice height, the adjustable velcro means they fit well, and the gold ‘buckles’ add a nice touch. I wear them with jeans or trousers,I’m not sure I would wear with shorts as they are quite chunky, but that’s just my view. A nice spring / autumn shoe!Fab for problematic feet, I have planter fasciitis and was recommended fitflops didn’t realise they did not just fitflops, but loads of lovely stuff! Wore these to a wedding and danced the night away, I don’t think I sat down once, normally the shoes come off at the beginning of the evening but these stayed on all night, very very comfortable :)Super comfy to wear,you can virtually walk for hours without hurting your feet and has the added benefit of straps you can loosen or tighten to suit.I bought a size 5 and they fit perfect.Look nice as well with the silver buckles on front.Decent price.
